Committee positions are voluntary at this stage and are ideal for individuals who want to contribute their skills, ideas, and time to help bring this event to life.

Committee roles are open to both flight crew and non-flight crew.

Some roles may be especially well-suited for individuals with professional or creative backgrounds.

Secures sponsors, manages relationships, and coordinates benefits.

📢 Marketing & Promotions

Leads social media, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.

📱 Social Media & Content

Manages online content, posting schedules, and engagement.

🙋 Volunteer Coordination

Recruits, schedules, and manages volunteer teams.

🏪 Vendor & Exhibitor Coordination

Manages vendor communication, placement, and support.

🎤 Talent & Entertainment

Oversees halftime show submissions and performers.

👕 Apparel & Merchandise

Coordinates uniforms, merchandise design, and event-day sales.

⚽ Field & Equipment Management

Responsible for kickballs, bases, field markers, and equipment setup.

🏥 Safety & First Aid Liaison

Coordinates safety procedures and first aid support.

🎬 Audio/Visual & Stage Production

Manages sound, stage setup, and production needs.

💰 Finance & Administration

Assists with budgeting, payments, and administrative tasks.

✈️ Team Operations Coordinator

Coordinates teams, tracks registrations, and ensures readiness.

🌍 Base Ambassador

Promotes the event, shares updates, and drives engagement.
