About The Event

What is the Flight Crew Kickball Classic?

Flight Crew Kickball Classic™ (FCKC) is a wellness-focused aviation community event that brings together Flight Attendants and Pilots through kickball, fitness, entertainment, and community engagement.

The inaugural event features:

✈️ Battle of the Bases™ – American Airlines bases competing for base championship recognition.
🌎 Battle of the Airlines™ – Invited airline teams competing for the inaugural airline championship title.

FCKC is “Kickin’ It With A Purpose,” promoting connection, wellness, and charitable impact within the aviation community.

Why was Flight Crew Kickball Classic™ Created?

Flight Crew Kickball Classic™ was created to promote mental wellness, physical wellness, unity, and positive connection within the aviation community through fun, friendly competition and shared experiences. The event is designed to bring Flight Attendants, Pilots, and aviation professionals together beyond the aircraft while encouraging community, movement, and meaningful impact.

When is the event?

Saturday, August 29, 2026. Event hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Is this a charity event?

Yes. The Flight Crew Kickball Classic™ is partially a fundraiser. Proceeds help support event costs, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to select charitable organizations.

Who can attend the event?

This is a community event. Aviation employees, friends, family, and supporters are welcome. Pets are not permitted.

Playing & Registration

Who can participate as a player?

Participation is open to active and recently impacted Flight Attendants and Pilots from participating airlines.

The inaugural event includes American Airlines Battle of the Bases™ competition along with invited airline teams participating in the Battle of the Airlines™ division.

All seniorities are welcome.

How many people can be on a Team

12-15 people can be on a team

Do you need a full team to join?

No. Individual registrations are welcome.
Players may be assigned to teams based on airline, base, roster availability, and tournament structure.
Placement is first come, first served.

What happens if my base or airline don’t have enough players?

If a base or airline does not have enough players, registrants may be combined into a special mixed roster team so everyone still has an opportunity to participate and enjoy the event experience.

Are there mandatory practices?

No. Players will be given game rules and conditioning tips.
On Game Day, show up, brief your crew like a work trip, then play to win. It’s simple and fun!

Flight Crew Kickball Classic™ is designed to fit the lifestyle of aviation professionals – so players are encouraged to practice and condition on their own time.

Will there be championship trophies and rings?

Yes. Championship teams will compete for official Flight Crew Kickball Classic™ trophies, championship recognition, and additional prize experiences to be announced.

Does it cost to participate as a team player?

Yes. Each player is required to pay a non-refundable $100 registration fee. This fee covers the official team uniform T-shirt and contributes toward event costs and charitable donations.

How do I sign up to play?

Visit the Team Registration tab on the website. Player placement is first come, first served, and space is limited.

Will other airlines be added in the future?

Yes. The inaugural event introduces the first phase of airline expansion, with long-term plans to continue growing Flight Crew Kickball Classic™ into a larger aviation wellness and community experience.

Is there really a Halftime Show?

Yes! Flight attendants and pilots with special talents may submit to be considered for the LIVE Halftime Show. Visit the Got Talent tab for details.

Tickets & Attendance

Does it cost to attend the event?

Yes.
Early Bird Admission: $15
General Admission (at the door): $20
Electronic payments only. Advance payment is strongly encouraged.

Are children allowed to attend?

Flight Crew Kickball /Classic™ is a family-friendly event. Parents and guardians responsible for supervising children at all times.

Is parking available and does it cost?

Yes. The stadium has ample parking available. Parking is $3.

What should attendees wear?

This is a summer outdoor event. Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable, breathable clothing and appropriate footwear. Please check the weather forecast and plan accordingly. Items such as umbrellas, sun hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen are strongly recommended.

Vendors & Sponsors

Are there vendor opportunities?

Yes. Vendor opportunities are available for flight crew–owned businesses and select community vendors. Visit the Vendors tab for details.

Is there a vendor fee?

Yes. The vendor fee is $150 and is non-refundable.

How can I become a sponsor?

Visit the Sponsors tab and complete the Sponsor Interest Form.

Event Day Info

Will food and drinks be available?

Yes. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the on-site restaurant and from approved vendors. Alcoholic beverages will only be sold at the on-site restaurant.

Will there be security at the event?

Yes. Security will be present to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

What happens if it rains?

This event is rain or shine. In the event of severe weather that impacts safety, updates and instructions will be communicated via email and official social media channels.
